Our knowledgeable team will be able to answer your questions and concerns prior to enrollment. We care about your health and will ensure that you get the appropriate treatment. Tip: Personal information will be discussed during the call, so be sure to be in a private place where you can speak freely.

Patient Assessment

You may call for yourself or on behalf of a loved one when seeking alcohol or drug rehabilitation services from JourneyPure Emerald Coast. Please be prepared to provide us with the applicable information to complete a patient assessment:

  • Patient’s full name, birthdate and social security number
  • Patient’s insurance card
  • Patient’s drug and alcohol addiction history
  • Patient’s mental health history

Payment

You can pay for your stay at JourneyPure Emerald Coast by using any of the following methods:

  • Self-Pay
  • Health Insurance Coverage (free benefits check provided)
  • Prosper Healthcare Loan

We will work with you to discuss payment options and run a free insurance benefit check so you know exactly what costs you and your family can expect. At JourneyPure Emerald Coast there are no hidden fees or charges. Need payment assistance? We have partnered with Prosper Healthcare Lending to offer our clients easy access to immediate healthcare loans to aid in financing treatment at our facility.

Admission

After assessment and initial payments are complete, you will be given a specific arrival or intake time. Our friendly staff will be here to welcome you and begin the check-in process.

Packing List

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes appropriate for experiential activities
  • Toiletries
  • Prescription medications in the original bottles with the prescribing doctor’s information clearly visible. These medications will be administered by our staff.
  • Cell phone
  • Cigarettes
  • Books, a journal, a drawing pad

What not to bring:

  • Valuables
  • Mouthwash containing alcohol
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Weapons (including pocket knives)
